2014 Chardonnay - Aromas of citrus and apple with a stone fruit finish and elements of spice on the palate. A refreshing smooth and light style, finished with a touch of French oak.
2015 Chardonnay - Notes of citrus, melon and rich nutty spice with a crisp acidity. Put through secondary fermentation and finished with French oak it is typical of its cool climate origins.
2015 Cobbers Sparkling Chardonnay - Refreshing and tasty with a lingering finish. Made by the Charmat fermentation method from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Bathurst's iconic Mt Panorama.

2013 Shiraz-Cabernet Franc - With floral and red cherry aromas, the palate displays berry fruit and white pepper characteristics. Finished with French oak this wine is drinking well now and will reward with age.
2013 Shiraz - The 2013 Shiraz displays aromas of raspberries, cherries and black pepper with a hint of liquorice. Red berry and vanilla flavours on the palate with a silky tannin finish. Although still young it is showing early promise which will increase with cellaring. However, if you can't wait a year or two, it is already drinking well. Buy some to drink now and some to cellar for later!
