Grass Parrot Vineyard wines are handmade with the care and dedication which can only be done when the whole process, from viticulture to bottle is under our control. The red varieties are estate grown at Grass Parrot Vineyard where all vineyard management practice follows organic principles. The white grapes are sourced from reputable Bathurst vineyards. All wines are made by Grass Parrot Vineyard's winemaker, Andrew Macarthur. Grass Parrot Vineyard wines have received numerous awards at wine shows over the years, a testament to the quality of our wines. However the proof is in the drinking, you be the judge.


2015 Chardonnay - Notes of citrus, melon and rich nutty spice with a crisp acidity. Put through secondary fermentation and finished with French oak it is typical of its cool climate origins.           $20/bottle, $220/dozen

2017 Semillon - A refreshingly light, unoaked dry white wine to compliment seafood and lazy summer days.  The 2017 Semillon displays lemon citrus characteristics typical of this variety.                $20/bottle, $220/dozen

2018 Rose - Made from our estate-grown Shiraz, the 2018 Rosé is perfect for spring and summer drinking. 2017 Cabernet Franc - We have been blending our estate-grown Cabernet Franc for some years and are happy to release our first single variety. Violets and toasty cherry spice make this lighter style red a popular choice for any season and a variety of dishes. $22/bottle, $240/dozen

2017 Shiraz - Our single-vineyard Shiraz has cherry and berry fruit aromas which carry through to the palate. Its medium body, nutty and spicy characteristics are typical of its cool climate origin in the Bathurst region of NSW. 2017 Shiraz-Cabernet Franc - Combining the spice and berry fruit of Shiraz with the cherry spice characteristics of Cabernet Franc, a popular Bordeaux blending grape, has been a successful venture for our label. The 2016 Shiraz-Cabernet Franc is a 50/50 blend of these two wines. 2017 Cobbers Sparkling Chardonnay  -  Refreshing and tasty with a lingering finish. Made by the Charmat fermentation method from Chardonnay grapes sourced from Bathurst's iconic Mt Panorama.
